Project overview:
The project is a cold storage for vaccine storage and distribution in the city's center for disease control and prevention. It is located in a city in Anhui Province, covers an area of 136.32 square meters, and is divided into a storage warehouse and an operation room. The vaccine storage warehouse has a scattered vaccine storage area, and 5 glass doors are installed to directly store and access scattered vaccines. The overall use temperature is adjustable from 2°C to 8°C. The insulation layer of the cold storage insulation board is 100mm thick, 0.8 double-sided 304 stainless steel plate. One-in-one refrigeration system, two air-cooled condensing units, LNZLNZ brand units with model OSA(NU)MT12E-SHP475, each unit has two air coolers.
The refrigeration system is intelligently controlled, rotated, and mutually backed up. It detects faults from each other, automatically switches faults, has remote alarms, data visualization, and remote operation. Intelligent automatic storage system, roller conveyor, automatic sorting, automatic in and out shipment.
Project highlights:
Installing inflatable door seals on the loading and unloading platform doors prevents cold air from escaping from the cold storage, making the cold storage temperature more constant and the loading and unloading operation room dust-free and clean to ensure the quality of the vaccine.
Automation replaces manual operation: automatic loading and unloading, first-in-first-out, intelligent identification, intelligent sorting, automatic inventory, batch storage, etc., reducing contact pollution, saving labor costs, improving work efficiency, and avoiding human errors.
