Intelligent two-stage cascade refrigeration system

Two sets (one for use and one for backup) of independent refrigeration systems or multiple sets of refrigeration systems with one backup, intelligent two-stage cascade refrigeration system, can reach a storage temperature of -86℃ or lower operating temperature, and adopt different condensation methods such as shell and tube water cooling, finned air condenser, evaporative cooling, etc. according to different locations and environmental requirements.

‌Fin-type direct cooling evaporator

The patented fin-type direct cooling evaporator effectively saves installation space, reduces the volume by more than 50% compared with aluminum evaporator, and improves the energy efficiency by more than 50% compared with aluminum evaporator. It solves the problem of compressor oil return in long-term ultra-low temperature refrigeration process. It is modularly installed, fast, beautiful, and highly stable, and is more suitable for use in ultra-low temperature refrigeration systems. It has complete intellectual property rights and its own production mold production equipment.

Multi-level buffering and heat insulation in the warehouse

The sample storage area -80°C (or -86°C) is an independent inner warehouse area, surrounded by an outer buffer warehouse (adjustable from 25°C to -40°C), with multi-level buffering in the inlet and outlet areas, and the air pressure is adjusted by pressure sensing to keep the cold storage at a slightly positive pressure. Ensure the constant temperature of the sample storage area, prevent hot air invasion, and effectively reduce frost.

Ultra-large-scale centralized storage

Provide storage volume options ranging from 500,000 to 10 million, and the warehouse can be flexibly customized according to actual site conditions and storage requirements.
