Standardized design
Standardized integrated mobile biomedical freezing facilities designed and produced based on the exterior dimensions of standard shipping containers or the interior dimensions that are smaller than standard shipping containers.
Integrated design
The mobile plasma storage cold storage includes all necessary components such as insulation structure, refrigeration system, electrical control system, management system, storage shelves, etc., which have been installed and debugged in the factory. It is just a complete equipment for transportation, and does not require complex installation and debugging on site. It can be put into use quickly after arriving at the destination.
Manual access window
There are a total of 8 windows, and the same blood type corresponds to the upper and lower windows, which can correspond to the rapid access of plasma of different blood types. At the same time, it prevents the phenomenon of excessive opening of the door, a large amount of cold air escaping, and hot air intrusion during the access process, thereby reducing energy consumption.
One-in-one refrigeration system
Two independent refrigeration systems, intelligent control, rotation operation, mutual backup, mutual fault detection, and automatic fault switching.
Internet of Things Technology
Integrate Internet of Things (IoT) technology to achieve remote monitoring and automated management, positioning, remote alarm, data visualization, and remote operation.
Back-up storage
Maximize the use of space and increase the storage capacity of plasma. The first-in-first-out (FIFO) principle ensures the efficiency of inventory management and the safety of plasma.
Electronic door lock permission management
Equipped with a security lock, the door can be opened by face recognition, fingerprint, card reading, etc. to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure the safety of blood products.
