Project overview:
This project is a cold storage for cryopreservation of biological blood products, located in a biological company in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, covering an area of 65.52㎡, with an adjustable operating temperature range of -50℃ to -55℃. The insulation layer of the cold storage insulation board is 200mm thick, 0.8 double-sided 304 stainless steel plate. One-for-one refrigeration system, two air-cooled cascade condensing units, Lingzhi LNZ brand units with model OCA(NU)ULT15/9-M50/24000.
The refrigeration system is intelligently controlled, rotated, mutually backed up, mutually detected faults, automatically switched in case of faults, remote alarm, data visualization, and remote operation.
Project Highlights:
The refrigeration system of this project adopts a two-stage cascade system, with R507A refrigerant used in the front stage and R23 refrigerant used in the back stage. Since R23 is a high-pressure and low-temperature refrigerant, it maintains a high return air pressure under low-temperature conditions of the refrigeration system, ensuring the normal oil return of the compressor while keeping the compressor exhaust temperature within the normal range. The cascade system not only has fast cooling and low temperature, but also high efficiency, energy saving and strong stability.
