Project Overview:
This project is an intelligent plasma storage cold storage, a central blood station in Guangdong Province, with an operating temperature of -30℃. The insulation layer of the cold storage insulation board is 150mm thick, 0.8 double-sided 304 stainless steel plate. One-for-one refrigeration system, two air-cooled condensing units, model  OSA(NU)LT12E-SHP565 LNZ brand units. Four window-type manual doors of different blood types, one intelligent electric exit door.
The refrigeration system is intelligently controlled, rotated, and mutually backed up. It detects faults from each other, automatically switches faults, remotely alarms, visualizes data, and operates remotely.
The low-temperature robotic arm uses technologies such as the Internet of Things, cloud computing, big data, and sensors to automate inbound and outbound shipments and automated sorting. A large amount of data is collected through various sensors and monitoring equipment, and data analysis and artificial intelligence technologies are used to realize intelligent data processing.

The intelligent blood storage cold storage is composed of three major systems: "intelligent refrigeration", "automatic storage and retrieval", and "intelligent management". Based on sensor technology and Internet of Things (IoT) technology, through the optimization design of the warehouse structure, shelf optimization design, software informatization, automated manipulators and intelligent refrigeration systems, it realizes an intelligent blood storage and retrieval mode that interconnects people, machines and blood. It can not only effectively monitor and warn the blood storage temperature and equipment operation status, but also meet the user's precise positioning of blood storage and retrieval, accurate review and automatic inventory data analysis and reporting, and traceable data management methods. It greatly improves the accuracy, safety and work efficiency of blood storage and retrieval management, and is an important part of the intelligent blood management scene.
